Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GetAFK ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

GetAFK provides an automated bot service that connects to Minecraft servers on your behalf. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use your bot, including compliance with the rules of any Minecraft server you connect to.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not share your account with others
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Minecraft Credentials

By providing your Minecraft account credentials, you authorise GetAFK to use them solely for the purpose of operating your bot. You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of your Minecraft account on third-party servers.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable once the plan has been activated
Monthly plan charges are non-refundable for the current billing period
Time pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances

5. Service Availability

GetAFK is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or continuity. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or permanently shut down the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. Downtime may occur for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

In the event of permanent service discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to registered users. However, no compensation or refund is guaranteed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use the Service to harass, grief, or harm other players on Minecraft servers
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access free tiers repeatedly
Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable laws
Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAFK and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damage to your Minecraft accounts or standing on third-party servers.

9. Disclaimer

GetAFK is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Use of AFK bots may violate the terms of service of individual Minecraft servers — you use this service entirely at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
